Single Sessions

 

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps people process and heal from past trauma. It works by using guided eye movements (or other forms of bilateral stimulation) while recalling distressing memories. This helps the brain reprocess those memories in a way that reduces their emotional impact.

EMDR Intensive

 

Think of quicker effective results when you don't have time for weekly therapy sessions.  Treatment is done over 3 days (nearly 2 months of therapy). 

 

Day 1- Virtual Assessment 

A week before 2nd and 3rd Sessions, 90 min

Day 2- In person on- location or at the Salinas, CA office, 2.5 hours

Day 3- In persona on-location or at the Salinas, CA office, 2.5 hours

Follow up-Virtual, 30 min​

The fight game doesn't just test your body, it challenges your mind.  Utilizing research-based interventions, we support with managing anxiety, overthinking, fear of failure, coping with personal stress, overcoming past trauma that serve as roadblocks to doing and feeling your best, processing the hard stuff so you don't take it in the ring, staying connected to your purpose and who you are in and out of the ring. 

We offer this service during your off time, or weekly during training camp.
